As our quest to open a retail storefront moves forward, I have made the decision to seek a partner/ operator. The best scenario would be to find someone who currently has a shop or is trying to open a shop in the Pokemon, TCG, One Piece space. I have a retail space in Collinsville, IL with great space, great parking, great location. I would cover the shops rent, utilities and business insurance and provide about 30% of the retail space for these categories and merchandise the rest of the store with sports, non sports, marvel, disney and other categories of singles, bargain boxes, etc. in exchange for someone who can be the operator of the business day to day and commit their time. You sell your categories and retain all income from those categories, but you would also sell my categories and I would retain income from my categories. I do not have a Topps partnership, but I do have a shop that is willing to provide me with a ton of wax product for my categories. You would be responsible for the others but he may be able to help fill gaps there, too. If this is you, email me!
